Audiocall is one of the UK’s leading providers of interactive telephony services to the broadcast industry. The year included the global ballot for The Queen’s Golden Jubilee Concerts, for which more than 3,000 phone lines in nine languages from Gaelic to Gujerati were operational.
In one remarkable week, Audiocall handled major televotes across three of the UK’s biggest channels, beginning with Channel 4’s ‘Big Brother 3’ surprise vote on 24 May.
