BBC Worldwide continues
its role as the exclusive distributor for
independent Create TV and Film Limited’s
Little Robots. The pre-school animation series has
already been licensed to Canada, Germany,
Italy and Norway. International TV sales of
the popular pre-teen action comedy Ace Lightning
have far surpassed expected levels, with the
series licensed to 24 broadcasters.
In publishing, there were excellent sales
for a range of books based on the film, Harry
Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Continued
success with Bob the Builder books has led
to BBC Worldwide also securing a publishing
deal for HIT’s next property, Rubbadubbers.
